Overview
Emezzions Care established as a Domiciliary Care Agency. We are a regulated provider of Care Services to an individual in their own home and supported living. We ensure compliance with all the regulation’s set down in the health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) regulations 2014. Emezzions care provides services that promote independence through the provision of personal and social care. We deliver and offer individualised packages of support to people in their own homes.

As a provider, we have adopted and reinforced the notion that people with learning disabilities should be empowered, supported and enable independent living. At Emezzions care, we believe offering skilled care enabling people supported by us to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being.

By continually listening and learning about what is essential, our person-centred approach means that we can create care/ support plans that best reflect what is required, and what works best for the person and their and their family.
We recognise the individual need and support individual choice and personal decision-making as the right of all Service Users. Our specialist care is for People with Dementia, Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours, people with Mental Health issues and Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
The categorised needs and support requires carers/ support worker who has experience in these fields; our staff are trained and experienced and able to work with people who have long-term needs and severe mental health disorders such as, anxiety or depression.

Our Experience tell us that people `s care needs very often change .We therefore understand that care may need reviewing from time to time.This is why we carry out reviews on regular basis and why we are pleased to hear from members of the immediate family about effective methods for delievering the care service for their relative.
What tasks will my care assistant carry out?
We agree a care plan which details exactly what you have instructed us to do.This then becomes the work list for each day .As part of our ongoing and unique relationship with pharmacies,we are also able to assist or administer your medication.
